Many diets offer only a temporary solution: While you’re “on” the diet, you’re focused on making healthier choices. But then you’re “off” the diet and you’re back where you started. With HMR healthier routines can become a part of your daily routine. We give you the tools you need to create new healthier habits from the very first day. Each day you practice, and build on a few simple skills until eventually, these new routines don’t seem so new anymore. Soon enough, making healthier choices just becomes a part of who you are — and everything has changed.
